Terms of Service Agreement for Affiliate Program with Minimum Payout of $50
By participating in our Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have an active account with us.
- Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must complete the registration process on our website and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Payouts: Payouts will be made to you when you reach a minimum balance of $50. Payments will be made via Paypal or Wire Transfer (Indonesian Bank Only). We reserve the right to change the payout minimum and payment method at any time.
- Referral Tracking: We will provide you with a unique referral link to use when promoting our products or services. We will track all referrals made through your unique link and credit your account accordingly.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any of the following activities:

- Promote our products or services through unsolicited email or spam.
- Use false or misleading advertising or claims when promoting our products or services.
- Promote our products or services on websites that contain offensive, obscene, or illegal content.
- Use any method to artificially increase the number of referrals you receive, including using bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason. If we determine that you have engaged in any prohibited activities or violated any of the terms of this Agreement, we may terminate your account and withhold any outstanding payouts.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any modifications by posting a revised version of the Agreement on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of a revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
- Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program or any actions taken by us under this Agreement.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing law and jurisdiction].
By enrolling in our Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not participate in the Program.
